Dowie Doole Cali Road Shiraz is sourced from low yielding vines on Norm Doole's California Road Vineyard at Tatachilla in McLaren Vale.

Minimal intervention prevails in the winery. The wine gains complexity from partial barrel fermentation and extended maturation in American oak hogsheads, specially selected to add weight and structure while enhancing the fruit intensity.

Deep crimson red, Dowie Doole Cali Road Shiraz is full bodied, bold and spicy with dark berry flavours, structured tannins and length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
